  • When potential clients contact you, what are their concerns? What are their questions?
  • Who is not your target market?
  • What have been your customers’ results and feedback so far?
  • What is your unique value proposition? What makes you different?
  • Can you give me the details of your offer? Highlight the value.
  • What are some fast facts about your business? Any interesting statistics, history, etc.? Tell me about what you do.
  • Can you tell me something surprising/interesting about your industry/your job/your experience? Something people may not know.
  • Can you tell me some things about you? Where are you from? How long have you lived where you live now? How did you get into your business? What do you love most about your job? How do you enjoy spending your free time/What are your hobbies?
  • Is there anything important I should know about you or your business?
